Sucrose 10%, compound gum 0.25%, citric acid 0.18%, essence 0.1%, calcium chloride 0.06%, Sodium benzoate 0.016%, add water to 100%

Premix compound gum and sugar that is 5-1O times of the gum. Add to water with stirring, heat to 90-95℃, heat preservation for 3-5 minutes, adding calcium chloride solution (dissolved in advance), add flavor, filling and capping.
