Xylooligosaccharides, also known as xylooligosaccharides, are composed of 2-7 xylose molecules β- A functional polysaccharide formed by the combination of 1,4 glycosidic bonds. Compared with commonly used soy oligosaccharides, oligofructose, isomaltooligosaccharides, etc., it has unique advantages in selectively promoting the proliferation activity of intestinal bifidobacteria. Its bifidogenic function is 10-20 times that of other polymeric sugars.
It consists of 2-9 xylose units β- Oligosaccharide mixture connected by 1,4 glycosidic bonds.
