Product Introduction
What is Micronization?
Micronization is the process of reducing the average diameter of solid particles. The process of using machines or fluid power to pulverize granular or powdered materials into micrometers. Conventional pulverization techniques can only achieve a particle size of 45um, while the use of ultrafine pulverization processing technology can pulverize materials into 10um or even 1um ultrafine powders. Common applications include the production of active chemical products, ingredients, nutrients, etc.
Why choose Micronization?
- Improve dispersion behavior in suspension to enhance homogeneity
- Reduce sedimentation
- Best sensory characteristics, no gravel texture
- Potential enhanced bioavailability
- Increased specific surface area
- Improved application performance in liquids
